Needless to say, there are millions of trainers out there trying to catch them all, and many have come across Pokemon, item-filling Poke Stops, and Gyms in some strange places. 

The dead give great Pokeballs

In fact, many trainers have found that the majority of Poke Spots in their area lie in graveyards or churches. Some have expressed discomfort at disturbing the dead or approaching the religious, but most trainers are willing to set aside any other feelings in their desperate attempt to get more balls.

Some trainers have taken it upon themselves to inject some more humor into our collective Pokemon journey by giving their Pokemon stationed at gyms fittingly clever nicknames:
